Very fast wagon

Reg on hold as it's been parked up for a while. Should fly through a wof. Interior and rocker cover are Ferrari red not orange like the camera's made them look :)

Original engine in car has done 170,000km. Currently running 12psi and pulls very hard. TD04L in car has no play. No smoke or anything.
Engine mods:
- Custom alloy intake
- Custom alloy I/C piping
- Evo Throttle body w/ intake mani bored out
- SCI Performance bov
- Simota Pod Filter & adapter (large 6" inlet)
- Driven Performance stainless exhaust manifold w/ plumbed back 38mm wastegate (0.8bar spring)
- air con has been removed
- Heavy Duty Battery (purchased under 500km ago)
Oil, oil filter, spark plugs, rear nolothane shock bushings, rocker cover & spark plug gaskets, and leads replaced within the last 1000km's.

Exterior pretty good. few minor scrapes/dings. Nothing unusual for a car this age. Has an evo 2 plastic front bumper with fibreglass lip, evo 3 skirts, and carbon fibre evo hood. Hood has had clear coat removed as there were a couple of cracks in the resin which have now been repaired. Superlow kings in the front and low king's in the rear. Has 16" ROH Sectors with new tyres on the front but can come with 17" chrome acids for an extra $600 with tyres.

Interior is stock aside from GSR recaro's in the front, SAAS boss kit and steering wheel, boost guage, and shift light. Door handle's/instrument surrounds detailed in red. Has a Pioneer head unit. Also has an immobiliser alarm and with keyless entry.
Heaps of parts that can go with it if wanted: TD05 big 16g (has chipped comp wheel), stainless 3" big bore, stock bonnet & bumper and more
Couple of things wrong:
First is it takes a minute or so to cold start. Mechanic has told me this will just be the coolant temp sensor which are under $100 from Mitsi.
Needs a second gear synchro as it's crunchy but fine once in gear.
All fairly simple fixes for someone with a bit of time.
